Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges. This helps us reduce waste and keep production intentional.

That said, we absolutely want you to receive a product you love.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within
7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Sizing

All apparel products include detailed sizing charts. Because items are produced specifically for each order, we are unable to offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.

If you're unsure about sizing before ordering, feel free to contact us and we’ll happily help guide you.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately after placing your order.

  • If production has not started, we may be able to update the address.

  • If the order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot redirect the package.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

FAQ

My package says delivered but I cannot find it.

Occasionally packages are marked delivered slightly before they arrive.

Please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building office

  2. Check around your property for hidden packages

  3. Wait 24 hours for the carrier to complete delivery

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will help investigate.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time we do not offer exchanges because products are made to order.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace it.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Information

All items are made to order and typically require 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

Estimated delivery times once shipped: 3–7 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
